Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 cup smooth natural peanut butter can use any peanut butter
  • 150 grams granulated sugar about ¾ cup
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix until smooth.
  • Using a 1 ½ tablespoon cookie scoop, scoop dough into balls and place on baking sheet. Flatten with a fork in a criss-cross pattern.
  • Bake for 10-11 minutes, until cookies are slightly browned. Cool on a wire rack.

Notes

  • Using a room temperature egg helps the cookie dough mix smoothly.
  • Line with parchment paper or use a cookie sheet for even baking.
  • Use a cookie scoop for uniform cookie dough balls.
  • Remove when the tops of the cookies look set but still soft.
