- 1 cup smooth natural peanut butter can use any peanut butter
- 150 grams granulated sugar about ¾ cup
- 1 large egg
- ½ teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 375F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix until smooth.
Using a 1 ½ tablespoon cookie scoop, scoop dough into balls and place on baking sheet. Flatten with a fork in a criss-cross pattern.
Bake for 10-11 minutes, until cookies are slightly browned. Cool on a wire rack.
- Using a room temperature egg helps the cookie dough mix smoothly.
- Line with parchment paper or use a cookie sheet for even baking.
- Use a cookie scoop for uniform cookie dough balls.
- Remove when the tops of the cookies look set but still soft.
