Equipment

  • Shot Glasses
  • Cocktail Shaker and Strainer

Ingredients

  • 2- ounce Irish whiskey
  • 1 ounce butterscotch schnapps
  • 1 ounce orange juice cold

Garnishes

  • cooked bacon crispy

Instructions

  • Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake well.
  • Strain into shot glass.
  • Take the shot and eat the bacon for a salty kick.

Notes

  • Ensuring that your orange juice has had enough time to chill in the fridge before serving will guarantee a super smooth and velvety shot.
  • If you don't have orange juice on hand, you can easily make this shot with another juice of your choice.
  • Serve with a classic brunch spread to add some playfulness to your gathering. Some of our favorites from our site include: Spinach and Bacon Quiche, Blueberry Buttermilk Waffles, and Eggnog French Toast Bake.
