- 12 brioche slider buns
- 3 cups brisket leftover or fresh
- 1 ½ cups coleslaw
- 1-2 tablespoon butter melted
Preheat oven to 350F.
Cut brioche buns in half horizontally, keeping the bottom buns and tops connected, and arrange on a baking sheet.
Add warmed brisket and coleslaw to the buns, dividing evenly amongst the bottom buns.
Place the top buns back on and brush with melted butter.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Warm the leftover brisket well over medium-high heat in a skillet to enhance flavor before assembling.
- Make cleanup easy by using parchment paper or foil on your baking sheet when baking a large batch.
- Assemble as a sheet, then slice after baking for neat presentation.
- Too much heat can dry out the brisket— the best way is just enough to melt cheese and warm through.
- Mix any dressings or drizzles in a small bowl or large bowl before assembling to save time.
