Equipment

  • Baking Sheet
  • Aluminum Foil
  • Measuring Cups and Spoons

Ingredients

  • 12 brioche slider buns
  • 3 cups brisket leftover or fresh
  • 1 ½ cups coleslaw
  • 1-2 tablespoon butter melted

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Cut brioche buns in half horizontally, keeping the bottom buns and tops connected, and arrange on a baking sheet.
  • Add warmed brisket and coleslaw to the buns, dividing evenly amongst the bottom buns.
  • Place the top buns back on and brush with melted butter.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

  • Warm the leftover brisket well over medium-high heat in a skillet to enhance flavor before assembling.
  • Make cleanup easy by using parchment paper or foil on your baking sheet when baking a large batch.
  • Assemble as a sheet, then slice after baking for neat presentation.
  • Too much heat can dry out the brisket— the best way is just enough to melt cheese and warm through.
  • Mix any dressings or drizzles in a small bowl or large bowl before assembling to save time.
