Equipment

  • 13x18 Baking Sheet
  • Parchment Paper

Ingredients

  • 8-10 ounces White Chocolate
  • 1 ½ cup Pretzel Sticks
  • 1 cup Chex
  • 1 cup Chocolate Cherrios
  • ½ cup Candy Corn

Instructions

  • Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl using 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth. Alternatively, melt it in a heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water (double boiler), stirring periodically until smooth.
  • Spread the pretzels onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, then drizzle with about one-third of the melted white chocolate.
  • Sprinkle the Chex over top, then drizzle with another third of the white chocolate.
  • Add the Cheerios, drizzle with the remaining white chocolate, then top with the candy corn, pressing a few pieces into the chocolate so they stick.
  • Allow the chocolate to harden at room temperature or in the fridge and enjoy.

Notes

  • Work Quickly: Work quickly once the chocolate is melted so everything sticks before it sets.
  • Unique Clusters: Don't worry about making perfect layers. I actually like leaving little clusters because it gives the bark more texture and makes every piece unique.
  • Press Candy In: Press the candy corn in gently so it stays attached once the chocolate hardens.
  • Cooling: Let the bark cool completely before breaking it into pieces for the cleanest results.
  • Melt Slow: Melt the chocolate slowly to keep it smooth and easy to drizzle.
  • Room Temperature: Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week, placing parchment paper between layers if needed.
  • Freezer: Store in a freezer-safe container for up to 2 months. Thaw at room temperature before serving.
  • Make Ahead: This bark is perfect for making several days in advance since it stores so well.
