Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1- ounce RumChata
  • 1- ounce Fireball whisky
  • 2 tablespoon caramel sauce if rimming
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar if rimming
  • 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon if rimming

Instructions

  • If rimming your glass, add caramel sauce to a shallow plate, and cinnamon sugar to another.
  • Dip the rim of your shot glass in the caramel and get any excess drip off. Then do the same for the cinnamon sugar to coat.
  • In a cocktail shaker half-full of ice add RumChata and Fireball.
  • Shake to chill then strain into another shot glass.
  • Optional, you can add whipped cream to the top and garnish with a cinnamon toast crunch cereal pieces crushed or whole.

Notes

  • Rim the shot glasses with corn syrup instead of caramel for a stickier hold.
  • Always shake with ice to chill and blend the creamy RumChata with the spicy Fireball.
  • Serve in classic shot glasses for an easy, fun presentation.
  • Garnish with a cinnamon sugar rim, whipped cream and crushed cereal pieces make these shots extra fun.
