Equipment

  • Cocktail Shaker and Strainer
  • Shot Glass/Jigger
  • Measuring Spoon

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces eggnog
  • 3 ounces vodka
  • 1 tablespoon simple syrup

OPTIONAL GLASS RIMMER:

  • 1-2 tablespoon simple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions

  • If desired, rim your glass with a mixture of sugar, ground cinnamon and ground nutmeg.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker about halfway with ice and add ingredients.
  • Shake until chilled and strain into a martini glass.

Notes

  • Pop your martini glasses in the fridge for 10-15 minutes before serving for a cold, crisp sip.
  • A good shake in your cocktail shaker ensures everything is evenly chilled. Shake about 10-15 times until the exterior feels very cold.
  • A cinnamon stick or sprinkle of nutmeg adds the finishing touch.
  • Multiply the ingredients by 4 or more and store in a pitcher for easy party pouring.
