In a blender add the frozen pineapple, lemon juice, lime juice, non-alcoholic tequila, orange juice and 1 to 2 tablespoons of honey, depending on preference.
Run the blender on high, adding small amounts of water or non-alcoholic tequila to thin to desired consistency (I usually use about ½ cup).
Notes
Glass: Serve in chilled margarita glasses or tall glasses to keep the drink colder longer.
Garnishes: Lime wheels, lime wedges, or pineapple chunks add a bright tropical finish.
Consistency: Add water slowly so the drink stays thick and smooth instead of watery.
Fresh Fruit Option: If using fresh pineapple and ice, place the ice in the blender last to make it easier to blend.
Blend Well: High speed (and thinning as needed) allows the frozen pineapple to become smooth.
