- 1 ½ pounds strawberries stemmed and halved
- 3 cups water cold, divided
- 4 lemons juiced (about ⅔s cup)
- ½ cup honey

Working in 2 batches, add half the strawberries, 1 cup of water, ⅓ cup lemon juice and ¼ cup honey to a high-powered blender and run for about 2 minutes.
Pour into a pitcher and repeat. Add to the pitcher and add 1 cup of water (or more depending on desired flavor and consistency).
- To transform this lemonade into an alcoholic beverage, add a splash of your favorite vodka, gin, or rum
- If strawberries are not in season, you can opt for frozen instead of fresh berries.
- Garnish with a lemon slice and a fun straw.
