- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 5 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- ½ teaspoon monk fruit sweetener
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 heads broccoli cut into florets (about 6 cups)
- 6 ounces cheddar cheese shredded or cubed (about 1 ½ cups)
- 3 ounces bacon cooked and chopped small
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds
