Equipment

  • Cocktail Shaker
  • Jigger
  • Measuring Spoon

Ingredients

  • 2- ounce vodka
  • 2- ounce cranberry juice
  • 1- ounce pineapple juice
  • ½-1 teaspoon grenadine

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice and add vodka, cranberry juice, pineapple juice and grenadine.
  • Shake until chilled and strain into a lowball glass full of ice.
  • Optionally, top with Club soda and garnish with a strawberry.

Notes

  • Shaken/Stirred: A good shake with ice helps blend the juices and chills the cocktail perfectly.
  • Glass: For a classic cocktail vibe use a low ball glass.
  • Garnishes: A strawberry, citrus twist or even pink sugar rim makes it extra festive.
  • Use Normal Cranberry Juice: Not cranberry cocktail for the cleanest flavor and best color.
  • Fresh Ice: Strain over fresh ice to keep flavors bright and not watered down.
