Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender, saving the ice for last.
Run on medium speed until well blended (running too high can cause some blenders to produce warmth which can cause it to melt too soon).
Pour into two low ball glasses and serve with a sprig of fresh mint.
Notes
Glass:
Serve in a chilled rocks glass to help the frozen palomas stay cold longer.
Garnishes:
A lime wedge or grapefruit slice adds a fresh, simple finish.
Salt Rim:
A light salt rim adds contrast and enhances the citrus flavors without overpowering the drink.
Balance:
Taste before serving and adjust the sweetness or lime juice depending on your taste preferences.
Blend Well:
Blend until completely smooth so the ice fully breaks down into a slushy consistency without chunks.
