Equipment

  • Shot Glass
  • Cocktail Spoon or any small spoon

Ingredients

  • ¾ ounce Chambord liqueur
  • ¾ ounce Frangelico hazelnut liqueur
  • ½ ounce Baileys Irish Cream

Instructions

  • Pour Chambord into a shot glass.
  • Hover a small spoon (scoop side up), over the Chambord and slowly pour in Frangelico (it is common for this layer to blend quickly).
  • Do the same for the Baileys and enjoy.

Notes

  • Shaken/Stirred: Built for layered presentation, but stirring blends the flavors for a more classic PB & J taste.
  • Glass: Clear shot glasses show off the layers best and make the presentation pop.
  • Layering vs. Blending: While this shot can be layered for visual impact, it’s completely normal for the Chambord and Frangelico to blend quickly. Gently stirring or shaking enhances the classic PB & J flavor by letting the nutty and berry notes shine together.
  • Large Batch: You can mix them together and store in the fridge and pour over ice.
  • Serve Right Away: Whether layered or mixed, this shot is best enjoyed immediately while the flavors are fresh and balanced.
