Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen pineapple
  • 1 medium banana
  • 14 ounce can coconut milk I use light, but full fat is fine
  • 1-2 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  • To the base of a blender, add frozen pineapple, a medium banana, coconut milk and 1-2 tablespoons of honey.
  • Blend on medium-high until smooth and serve in two glasses.
