Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1- ounce Skrewball peanut butter whiskey
  • ½ ounce vanilla vodka
  • ½ ounce RumChata

IF RIMMING:

  • caramel sauce
  • flaky sea salt

Instructions

  • If rimming, add caramel sauce to one plate and salt to another.
  • Dip the rim of your shot glass to the caramel and then to the salt, or sprinkle along the edges while holding the glass horizontally.
  • In a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice pour whiskey, vodka and RumChata.
  • Shake until chilled and strain into a shot glass.

Notes

  • Smooth Profile: Chill your shot glasses before serving for a smooth, creamy experience.
  • Shaken/Stirred: Shake well to create a frothy, creamy texture and fully combine the ingredients.
  • Glass: Any shot glass is great, but you can also pour a double batch over ice in a lowball.
  • Garnish: Use thick caramel sauce or peanut butter so the salt sticks evenly to the rim of the shot glass.
  • Dessert-Like Feel: Top with whipped cream and crushed peanuts.
