- 1 ½- ounce coconut rum
- 1- ounce banana liqueur
- 1- ounce pineapple juice
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
- Ice

Fill a cocktail shaker about halfway with ice.
Pour coconut rum, banana liqueur, pineapple juice and heavy cream into the shaker and mix well.
Strain into 2 2.5-ounce (or 3 2-ounce) shot glasses and enjoy.
Optionally, add some whipped cream and top with a Scooby Snacks cookie.
- Chilling the drink thoroughly keeps it smooth and refreshing, shake vigorously.
