  • 6-12 mozzarella cheese slices
  • leftover turkey
  • ¾ cup cranberry sauce (or more)

  • Layer 6 slices of mozzarella cheese on the bun bottoms, then some sliced turkey, about 1 ½ tablespoons cranberry sauce (or more) then another layer of cheese, followed by the tops of buns.
  • If adding buttered top to the buns, add ingredients into a small saucepan on low heat and mix until butter is melted.
  • Brush the butter on the tops of the buns, then lightly spray the inside of foil with nonstick spray, cover and bake for about 15-20 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and turn the oven to broil for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

  • Let the rolls sit out for a few minutes before for easier slicing.
  • Build your sliders in neat layers to ensure gooey cheese in every bite.
  • Ensure you use foil, this keeps the tops soft while the cheese melts.
  • Keep an eye on the sliders once the foil comes off for the best golden brown color.
  • Serve warm while the cheese is still melty and the rolls are fluffy.
