- 2 ounce non-alcoholic aperitif
- 3 ounce non-alcoholic prosecco dry
- 2 drops orange bitters
- 1 ounce club soda
Add ice cubes in, about halfway, to a large white wine glass or balloon glass (you may want more for a larger glass).
You can start with the prosecco, but I like to put in the aperitif first. Pour in 2 ounces of non-alcoholic aperitif, 3 ounces of any non-alcoholic prosecco or sparkling white wine, a few drops of orange bitters (I use Angostura), then top it off with an ounce of club soda.
Garnish with a fresh slice of orange and enjoy.
- Prosecco: Choose a dry non-alcoholic prosecco for a flavor that's closest to a traditional Aperol Spritz.
- Stirring: Stir gently after pouring to keep the bubbles light and refreshing.
- Chill: Chill all of the ingredients beforehand so the drink stays cold without needing too much ice.
- Glass: Serve in a large wine glass to show off its vibrant color and leaves plenty of room for ice and garnishes.
- Ice: Use plenty of ice to keep the drink cold without watering it down too quickly.
