Measuring Spoons
Champagne Flutes
- 1 750 mL bottle dry Prosecco or champagne
- 1 ½ tablespoon blackberry simple syrup
Divide a bottle of prosecco evenly among 3 champagne flutes.
Add 1 ½ teaspoons of blackberry simple syrup into the glass.
Garnish with fresh blackberries.
- Instead of a fruit-forward simple syrup, you can substitute a regular simple syrup. Check out how easy it is to make your own with our Simple Syrup recipe.
- Instead of a blackberry simple syrup, you can (carefully) muddle some fresh blackberries in your champagne flutes before pouring in your Prosecco for the same fruity flavor.
- For a stronger blackberry flavor, add it into the glass first so the liquid mixes up well without having to stir and lose bubbles.
- Hold your glass on an angle when pouring your sparkling to reduce the loss of carbonation.
