Get Recipe Ingredients
Fit a 9x13 baking sheet with parchment paper to the edge (or a silicone mat).
Melt white chocolate in a microwave safe bowl using 30 second increments. Mix chocolate well with a spatula or spoon and repeat. Note: this recipe took 5 30-second increments.
Spread an even layer onto baking sheet. Note: do not worry about going right to the edges.
Add any toppings; here we used ¼ M&Ms and about a tablespoon of small sprinkles.
Allow the chocolate to set on the counter for at least 3 hours or in the fridge for 1 hour.
Break bark up by hand or using a sharp knife into any desired size.
Store in an airtight container or bag for up to 10 days on the counter. Alternatively, you can put in the fridge or freezer.
- Swap white chocolate for milk or dark chocolate (or a combination!) if you prefer a richer flavor.
- Feel free to customize your bark by adding jelly beans, mini eggs, a variety of sprinkles, and even chopped up candy bars.
- Allow your bark to set fully before breaking it apart for the best texture.
