- 130 grams pecan halves about 1 ¼ cup
- 30 grams monk fruit sugar about 2 tablespoons
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon water

Lower heat. Add monk fruit sugar and salt, and a splash of water. Stir for 3-4 minutes.
