Equipment

  • Measuring Cups and Spoons
  • Cocktail Spoon

Ingredients

  • cup pineapple juice
  • 2 ounce coconut rum
  • 1 ounce white rum
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • Club soda optional
  • Ice to serve

Instructions

  • Fill a glass halfway with ice cubes and add all ingredients expect for the club soda.
  • Stir then top with as much or as little club soda as desired.

Notes

  • Chill your ingredients prior to making your cocktail. Cold juice and rum help the ice cubes last longer and keep the flavors crisp.
  • Fresh or cold-pressed makes a noticeable difference. Whenever possible use fresh ingredients.
  • It balances the sweetness with just enough acidity.
  • This keeps the drink from losing carbonation if using club soda.
  • A pineapple wedge or lime wheel adds a festive, polished touch.
