Assemble sliders with 2 tablespoons of pulled pork on the bottom bun, and top with 2 tablespoons of BBQ sauce and another 2 tablespoons of coleslaw.
Top with the remaining bun and enjoy.
- Use a fresh Hawaiian roll, they are soft, sweet, and hold the fillings well without getting soggy. You can also toast them lightly before filling for a little added structure and crunch!
- If you aren't making the pork fresh, reheat the pulled pork on the stovetop before assembling to enhance the flavors.
- Lightly toasting the buns until golden brown before or after assembly adds a nice crunch and prevents sogginess.
- Serve with a side of fries, a fresh salad, mac and cheese or alongside other small bites for a complete plate.
- You can pre-portion the pulled pork and coleslaw to assemble quickly for parties.
