Muddle raspberries in the cocktail shaker to release their juices.
Fill about halfway with ice, then pour in vodka, Chambord and lime juice.
Shake until chilled about 10-15 times and then strain into a martini glass
- Shaken/Stirred: We shake this cocktail for some extra aeration and dilution, but you can stir it for a stronger profile.
- Glass: Chilled glasses keep the drink cold longer and improves texture; use martini glasses or a coup for a fancier vibe.
- Garnishes: Add some fresh raspberries in your glass or on cocktail picks. You can also add some sugar to the rim of the glass.
- Fine Strain: Use a fine mesh strainer to remove raspberry seeds for the smoothest finish.
- Fresh Juice: Fresh lime juice gives the best flavor.
- Muddle Gently: Press the raspberries just enough to release their juices without pulverizing the seeds.
