3 Quart Slow Cooker
Measuring Cups
Spatula
- 2 8-ounce bricks cream cheese room temperature and cubed
- 7 ounce boneless skinless chicken breast shredded or diced
- 3 ounce cheddar cheese shredded
- ½ cup blue cheese dressing
- ¼ to ½ cup Buffalo wing sauce
Add the cream cheese, chicken, cheddar cheese, Buffalo wing sauce and blue cheese dressing to the crockpot.
Stir to combine. Cook on LOW for 1 ½ to 2 hours, stirring a few times.
If desired, add a little additional cheddar cheese to the top and keep the lid on until melted.
Serve with tortilla chips, carrots, and celery.
- In a pinch, drained canned chicken or shredded rotisserie chicken works just as well.
- For best results, use freshly grated cheese, as pre-shredded packaged cheese contains an anti-caking coating that hinders the melting process.
- Adjust the spice level of the dip to your liking by adding more or less Buffalo sauce.
