frozen strawberries
1-13.5
ounce
can coconut milk
full fat (400 mL)
½
cup
water
2-4
tablespoon
maple syrup
½
tablespoon
pure vanilla extract
optional
½
teaspoon
sea salt
optional
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until fully incorporated and smooth.
Pour into milkshake glasses and serve.
Garnish with fresh strawberries.
Notes
Using full-fat coconut milk allows you the best creamy texture.
Tasting before you serve allows you to make any adjustments to the maple syrup if your berries are tart.
Blend until you have a smooth texture—no strawberry chunks left behind.
If adding a garnish add it just as you serve, so the strawberries look fresh and vibrant.
If preferred, chill your glasses for about 30 minutes prior to serving for a frostier milkshake experience.
