Ingredients

  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 2- ounce Kahlua coffee liqueur
  • 1- ounce Amaretto

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
  • Pour in heavy cream, Kahula and Amaretto. Give it about 10 shakes then strain into a glass filled with ice.
  • Optionally, sprinkle a pinch of ground cinnamon on top.

Notes

  • Always use fresh ice; old ice can water down the flavor of creamy cocktails.
  • Give the cocktail shaker a good 10 seconds of shaking for the smoothest blend.
  • A sprinkle of cinnamon, nutmeg or even a chocolate drizzle adds an extra touch.
  • The colder, the better; creamy cocktails taste best when frosty.
