Strawberries and Cream Martini
Our Strawberries and Cream Martini is smooth, creamy and full of fresh strawberry flavor. Blending whipped cream vodka and Baileys Irish Cream with a homemade strawberry purée, transforms it into a dessert-style cocktail that feels indulgent but still light.

It's the kind of drink that shines at Valentine's Day, Mother's Day or any cozy girls' night when you want something sweet, pretty and just a little nostalgic. It is like strawberries and cream in cocktail form.
If you love creamy, dessert-inspired drinks, another fun option is our Love Bug Cocktail for a fruity pink sip, or our Eggnog Espresso Martini when you're craving something rich and coffee-forward.

- Easy to Customize: You can easily adjust the sweetness or creaminess to suit your taste.
Ingredients
Simple ingredients that balance fresh fruit, creamy liqueur and a touch of sweetness.

See the recipe card below for the exact quantities of each ingredient.
- Fresh Strawberries: The base of the purée, providing natural sweetness.
- Granulated Sugar: Helps draw out the juices from the strawberries and smooth the purée.
- Whipped Cream Vodka: Adds a soft vanilla-cream note that makes the martini taste like dessert.
- Baileys Irish Cream: Brings richness and a smooth creamy finish.
- Grenadine (Optional): Adds a little extra sweetness and enhances the pink color if desired.
You can simple make your puree with a food processor and fine mesh strainer. Then shake your drink together with a cocktail shaker and jigger.
Variations
- Mocktail Option: Use strawberry purée, cream, and ice blended together for a non-alcoholic drink.
- Vanilla Vodka Swap: Use vanilla vodka instead of whipped cream vodka for a slightly lighter cream flavor.
- Extra Creamy Version: Add a splash of heavy cream for an even richer martini.
- Sweeter Sip: Stir in a touch of simple syrup or grenadine if your strawberries aren't very sweet.
- Chocolate Twist: Add a drizzle of chocolate syrup to the glass for a strawberries-and-cream dessert vibe.
How to Make a Strawberries and Cream Martini
This cocktail is simple to make with a cocktail shaker and comes together quickly once the strawberry purée is ready.

Make your puree by adding strawberries and sugar to a food processor.
Using a fine strainer, remove the seeds (the amount you are left with can change based on seeds and juiciness of berries- I had a ½ cup).
Depending on the size of your cocktail shaker you may want to work in batches. Fill cocktail shaker about halfway with ice, then add half of the vodka, Baileys, and strawberry puree and sake until chilled (you can taste and add ½ teaspoon grenadine or simple syrup if you want more sweetness).
Strain into 2 martini glasses then repeat for the second batch.
Hint: Removing the strawberry seeds gives the martini a smoother, more polished texture; strain twice if needed.

Recipe Tips
- Shaken/Stirred: A good shake helps fully blend the cream liqueur and fruit for the best texture.
- Glass: A chilled martini glass keeps the drink cold longer and enhances the experience. We love making the drinks look extra fancy and serve it in a coupe glass.
- Garnishes: Slice a fresh strawberry in half or leave whole and place on your rim.
- Taste Before Serving: Strawberries vary in sweetness, so taste and adjust with grenadine or simple syrup if needed.
- Use Fresh Berries: Fresh strawberries give the brightest flavor and best color.
