Non-Alcoholic Cranberry Ginger Punch
Non-Alcoholic Cranberry Ginger Punch is a bright holiday drink made with cranberry juice, orange juice and ginger beer. It takes just 3 ingredients and 5 minutes, so it works for Christmas parties, Thanksgiving or any holiday gathering. Serve it in a large punch bowl with orange slices, fresh cranberries and rosemary sprigs for a festive mocktail everyone can enjoy.

This cranberry ginger punch gets its flavor from cranberry juice and orange juice, with ginger beer adding spice and fizz. It isn't overly sweet, and you can adjust the ginger flavor by using 3 or 4 cups of ginger beer.

Ingredients
This punch comes together with just three ingredients, all easy to find at any grocery store.

See the recipe card below for the exact quantities of each ingredient.
- Cranberry Juice: Cranberry juice cocktail is sweetened, so use cranberry juice to keep the punch from turning overly sweet.
- Orange Juice: Adds citrus flavor to balance the cranberry.
- Ginger Beer: A non-alcoholic ginger soda that adds the ginger spice and the bubbles. We use 4 cups for a stronger ginger flavor, but 3 cups gives a milder punch.
All you need is a large punch bowl and a ladle for serving. A large pitcher works too.
Variations
- Cranberry Pineapple Punch: Replace a little of the orange juice with pineapple juice.
- Pomegranate Cranberry Punch: Use pomegranate cranberry juice for part of the cranberry juice.
- Spiced Punch: Add cinnamon sticks or star anise to the punch bowl for extra holiday flavor.
- Make It a Cocktail: Guests can stir spiced rum or vodka into their own glasses, so the punch bowl stays non-alcoholic.
How to Make Non-Alcoholic Cranberry Ginger Punch
This punch comes together in just 1 punch bowl whenever you are ready to serve.
Mix all ingredients in a punch bowl and give it a light stir to not flatten the ginger beer too much.
For a festive touch, add orange slices and cranberries on top. I use frozen cranberries for convenience, but fresh work too.
Using a ladle, serve over ice in individual glasses, and if you would like extra bubbles top with a splash of club soda.
I like to garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary, but it is optional.
Hint: Add the ginger beer last so the punch stays bubbly.

Recipe Tips
- Stirred: Stir the juices and ginger beer together gently in the punch bowl.
- Glass: Serve over ice in individual glasses, not in the punch bowl, so the whole batch doesn't water down.
- Garnishes: Orange slices and cranberries look festive floating in the bowl, and a sprig of fresh rosemary finishes each glass.
- Chill Everything First: Cold juices and ginger beer keep the punch cold without relying on lots of ice.
- Use a Pitcher: A large pitcher works if you don't have a punch bowl.
- Spike It: Stir in rum or vodka. For a mixed crowd, add it to individual glasses so the punch bowl stays non-alcoholic.
