Hennessy Strawberry Lemonade
Sweet with a hint of tartness, our Hennessy Strawberry Lemonade is a refreshing drink made for warm days. Fresh strawberry lemonade and squeezed lime juice are mixed with smooth Hennessy and a splash of triple sec for a bright, easy-sipping cocktail worth making again.

As the days get warmer, this is the kind of drink we reach for again and again. It's easy to mix, refreshing to sip, and fits right in whether you're hosting friends, relaxing outside, or just winding down at the end of a summer day.
This was inspired by my Honey Strawberry Lemonade on this site, and pairs well with Strawberry Galette.

Ingredients
With just 5 ingredients, you'll be ready to make this delicious cocktail.

See the recipe card below for the exact quantities of each ingredient.
- Strawberry Lemonade: The main ingredient in this cocktail, we love using our Honey Strawberry Lemonade recipe, but store-bought works great!
- Hennessy: The highlight to this cocktail is from the complex flavors of this Cognac.
- Lime Juice (freshly squeezed): Balances the sweetness in the lemonade, and adds additional citrus flavor.
- Triple Sec: An added boozy kick that enhances the citrus notes.
- Club Soda: Adds a little fizz and thins out the cocktail without adding any flavor.
For this recipe, you'll want to have on hand a cocktail shaker, measuring cups and a shot glass.
Variations
- Lemon Juice: Lemon juice in replace of lime adds a bit more sweetness.
- Store-Bought Lime (or Lemon) Juice: In a pinch you can use store-bought, but some of them can had added ingredients that can change the flavor slightly.
- Less Boozy: Lessen the quantities, leave out the triple sec, or add extra club soda to make this drink a bit less boozy.
- Different Flavors: Use your favorite flavor of lemonade, like regular lemonade or limeade, pink lemonade, or raspberry lemonade.
- Fresh Herbs: If you'd like to add some herbaceous notes to your lemonade, try muddling some fresh basil or mint.
- Sweetness: If you prefer your cocktails on the sweeter side, try adding Simple Syrup or honey.
How to Make Strawberry Hennessy Lemonade
Check out how easy it was to make this Strawberry Hennessy Lemonade Recipe.

In a cocktail shaker add some ice, lemonade, Hennessy, triple second and lime juice. Shake vigorously until chilled.
Strain into a glass with ice and top with club soda (about ½ can).

Hint: Fresh lime juice keeps the cocktail bright and prevents it from tasting flat.

Recipe Tips
- Shaken: When making an individual cocktail (or two), we prefer to chill this shaken, but when making a pitcher we just chill it in the fridge. Both ways we serve with a small amount of ice to keep the drink cold without diluting it too much.
- Glass: Any kind of glass will do for this cocktail.
- Garnishes: Strawberries and lime rounds are our favorite way for this cocktail, but you can also use lemons or mint leaves.
- Chill Everything First: Cold ingredients keep the drink crisp and refreshing without needing extra ice.
- Balance to Taste: Start with less sweetener and adjust after mixing since strawberries can vary in sweetness.
When you're in the mood for something light and refreshing, our Eastside Cocktail is another crisp beverage.
